Rachel E. Money passed away on September 10, 2014 at Presbyterian Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on December 16, 1929 in Randolph County, NC to the late Phillip A. Cox and Cassie C. Cox. Rachel loved the Lord and her family. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends, and will forever hold a special loving place in their hearts. Until we meet again, we will lovingly carry her in our hearts for the rest of our lives.
Rachel is survived by her daughter, Shelia Sturges; her son, Todd Money and wife, Tina; brother, Marvin Cox and wife, Wanda; grandchildren, Travis Money, Mariah Wallace, and Kevin Money; extended family Larry and Donna Monk.
The family is grateful to the caring staff at Presbyterian Hospital, and to the Novant Health Hospice & Palliative Care in Charlotte, NC.
