He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He retired from United States Treasury Department and he was the Director of the United States Savings Bonds division for SC/NC.
He is survived by Jonathan, Paige, and Camron Goff; and former wife and dear friend, Elizabeth Goff. His parents preceded him, Gilbert L. Goff Sr. and Elva Berman Goff. His siblings preceded him, Glory, Gene, Gretchen, Grant, Kenneth and Gerry Goff, and Glenda Roberts. Surviving siblings are Gary from Missouri, Greggory and Geffrey from East Syracuse, and Gail from Cornelius, North Carolina, and Grace Portzline from Manlius, New York. Survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins. He is loved and will be missed very much by everyone.
A private service will be held at White Chapel Cemetery in Fayetteville, NY.
