Rita M. Foulk passed away on September 14, 2014 and was born May 17, 1931. She is survived by five children; nine grand-children; and ten great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Friday, September 19th at 11 a.m. at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 13700 Lawyer's Rd., Mint Hill.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Cancer Society in her name.
